+sexy +twink Find rows that contain both words.
+sexy twink Find rows that contain the word 'sexy', but rank rows higher if they also contain 'twink'.
+sexy -twink Find rows that contain the word 'sexy' but not 'twink'.
"sexy twink" Find rows that contain the exact phrase 'sexy twink' (for example, rows that contain 'sexy twink jerks off' but not 'sexy gay twink').
